We invite all care providers and partner organisations from across York and North Yorkshire to join Care Connected. They are a provider forum designed to help you access health and social care updates that are relevant to you and your teams, in one place
Care Connected webinars take place every 2 weeks from 10.30am to 11.30am through Microsoft Teams.
We're committed to working together to provide joined up, multi-agency support to our care sector. Building on the success of previous forums across the region and following extensive engagement with providers on what they wanted, we came together with North Yorkshire Council and NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB to launch Care Connected.
Join Care Connected to receive:
- guidance changes, news and updates from your local authority and integrated care board
- quality improvement programmes and initiatives
- public health and market updates
- training and development opportunities
- health and wellbeing support for you and your workforce
- opportunities to enhance your digital connectivity and take part in research studies
- regular updates from The Independent Care Group, Skills for Care, Infection Prevention and Control and other services working to support providers across York and North Yorkshire
It’s a great opportunity for you to ask questions and discuss challenges with fellow providers and health and social care partners, and to share good news and best practice.
We share the agenda ahead of each session to help you decide whether it will be relevant to you. If you aren't able to attend, you can access all the resources and slides from each meeting.
Our new integrated approach allows us to use Care Connected flexibly to respond to priorities for the sector as they arise, which includes having more frequent or dedicated sessions (including area or provider specific sessions), supplemented by in person meetings where needed.
Care Connected is shaped around our providers, and we want to continue to hear your voice on what you want from the sessions, including ideas for agenda items and questions you want answering.
