Premises licence fees are split into each licensable gambling activity. See more details of Gambling Act 2005 fees for:
- bingo venue licences
- family entertainment centre licences
- adult gaming centre licences
- betting track licences
- betting premises (bookmakers) licences
Currently there are no casinos within the City of York Council area and therefore no fees have been set. If this position changes in the future, fees will be in place.
Gambling venue annual charge
The first annual charge is payable 30 days after the grant of licence, and the annual fee will then be payable before each anniversary of the issue of the licence.
