Our surveyors
The surveyor who will visit your home will be from our contractor, Michael Dyson Associates, who are specialists in this type of work.
Contact Michael Dyson Associates Survey Administration Team to book your appointment, using the details included in your appointment letter.
If you haven't received a letter you don't need to contact us. Letters will be being issued throughout 2024 from January to September, and will give approximately 3 weeks' notice of your available appointment dates.
The surveyor will have an ID badge and a letter of authority from the council. If you're in any doubt about their identity you can contact:
