Eligibility for daily property permits
To be eligible for a daily property permit you must:
- be a contractor or builder carrying out work at an unoccupied residential property that is situated within a ResPark zone
- be carrying out building or renovation work at the time the vehicle is parked
Property owners who are carrying out renovation works at a property within a ResPark zone can purchase property renovation parking permits which can be issued for more long term works at a property.
If the property is occupied the property owner may be entitled to other types of parking permit.
