Our new website
Feedback over the years has shown that although improvements have been made, there was a need for a standalone website to reduce any confusion about not being on pages with content specific to families for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Families also told us that the site was hard to navigate and often the content was too wordy and difficult to read.
Therefore, in 2023 a new Local Offer website was developed and we want to hear your feedback.
Missing content
We understand that every family is different, and their needs will be unique to them. This means we might not have everything covered on our website, but we’re keen to make sure it meets the needs of everyone in York.
