50+ multi-activity session
The 50+ multi-activity session begins with 50 minutes of aerobics/circuits, followed by refreshments and concluding with 50 minutes of badminton or table tennis.

Pilates classes, specifically for the over 50s, take place at various locations across York. All classes are £5 per session with payment taken in rolling block bookings of 4 weeks to secure your place.
