Activities take place at:

50+ multi-activity session

The 50+ multi-activity session begins with 50 minutes of aerobics/circuits, followed by refreshments and concluding with 50 minutes of badminton or table tennis.

Pilates classes, specifically for the over 50s, take place at various locations across York. All classes are £5.50 per session with payment taken in rolling block bookings of 4 weeks to secure your place.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi classes take place at various locations across the city. Tai Chi is perfect if you are over 50 as it is a low-impact exercise which helps you improve your stability, posture and balance. It helps relax both the mind and body.

Zumba Gold brings Latin fever to the over 50s. It is a fun, physical activity session for the older adult, modifying the moves of Zumba fitness whilst keeping the fun party atmosphere!
