Community asset transfers

Planned maintenance to the Planning Portal

Due to an upgrade to the Planning Portal between 9am and midday on Saturday 21 October, customers will be unable to view documents on the site during this time.

A 'community asset transfer' is a process where council owned buildings, land or assets are transferred to 'community ownership' at less than full market value.

If your group is interested in a community asset transfer then read our Community Asset Transfer Policy. This will give you further background information and details on the process.

You can view our current corporate asset management plan and property and land asset register .

For details on assets of community value and the community right to bid, then view our assets of community value.
