Owners of guest houses and small hotels can apply for guest house parking permits (also known as 'guest house authorisation cards').

These permits allow paying guests to park in the residents' priority parking scheme (ResPark) zone where your guest house is located.

The number of permits we can issue depends on the number of guest rooms at your premises and the number of off-street parking spaces you already have.

Each permit allows one vehicle to park in the guest house or community bays within that zone. These bays will be clearly marked and signposted within your ResPark zone.
