The Leasehold Scrutiny Panel is a group of leaseholders who recommend improvements to the way housing services are planned and delivered to them.

The Panel's scrutiny process:

  • examines and challenges our performance
  • examines and challenges how we plan to deliver services
  • makes suggestions on how we can make improvements

Read their terms of reference and code of conduct.

The Panel produces an annual newsletter so that all leaseholders can keep up to date with the work they are doing; read the latest Leasehold newsletter

The Panel meets every month at West Offices and new members are always welcome.

For the date of the next meeting or for more information, contact our Housing Equalities and Engagement Faciltator.
