Housing Environment Improvement Programme

The Housing Environment Improvement Programme (HEIP) helps to deliver local priorities including issues tenants have identified as important for their area.

Ideas for making your area a better place to live, which might attract HEIP funding, were submitted to your local councillor, Residents' Association, Community Involvement Officer or Housing Management Officer, for discussion at a ward team meeting.

The HEIP panel met on 2 August to assess the scheme suggestions submitted by Heworth ward team.

The schemes that meet the criteria were reviewed at a HEIP Panel meeting on 3 October 2017. You can view the HEIP Action Plan update online.
