We'll charge you to dispose of your commercial waste at Hazel Court Household Waste Recycling Centre(HWRC).

We charge according to the amount of waste you've brought onto site within a monthly period:
- if less than 500kg, we'll apply the minimum charge
- if more than 500kg, we'll apply the normal rate for the total weight
Charges are based upon the cumulative weight disposed of during the month, not individual visits.

Charges for recyclable waste
Our charges are lower for recyclable waste to encourage recycling and composting.
85% or more of your load must be recyclable to qualify for a 'recyclable load' charge - we'll assess this on site.

Pay your commercial waste invoice
We'll send you a monthly invoice for your commercial waste.
Note: If you fail to pay your invoices on time, we may prevent you from using our site until you've paid your outstanding balance.
Informing us of changes to your business
Inform us of any changes to your business we need to be aware of, such as your:
- business name
- business address
- business contact details
You should also inform us of any changes or additions to your business fleet (so we can issue new window stickers).
You'll also need to inform the Environment Agency if you change business address and have a waste carrier's licence.
