Trees in parks

We can carry out work to 'public trees' where there is a health and safety issue - use our eForm to report public trees, such as trees or branches causing an obstruction, or a dead or diseased tree.

We're responsible for approximately 30,000 'public trees' in:

  • parks and open spaces
  • communal areas
  • areas adjacent to 'the highway' (roads and pavements)

Reporting other tree issues

If the tree is touching over head wires please contact BT Open Reach.

If a problem relates to a tree in a private property, this is a civil matter, you'll need to contact the land owner or land lord as we're unable to help.
