We work with a range of housing developers and registered partners (also known as housing associations) to provide new 'affordable housing' across York. In addition to 'general housing' this can include housing for people who have:
- a disability
- addiction or substance misuse issues
- other specific needs
To be considered for any affordable housing development in York, for rent or for sale, you need to be registered with us. Get further information about applying for housing.
