Affordable housing developments

We work with a range of housing developers and registered partners ('housing associations') to provide new, affordable housing across York.

This can include housing for people who have:

  • a disability
  • addiction or substance misuse issues
  • other specific needs

You need to be registered with us to be considered for any affordable housing development, for rent or for sale, in York.
