Our 2017 to 2022 Asset Management Strategy ensures that we have a plan to cover the main property and land related issues facing the authority.
It sets out work undertaken to improve the financial performance and social outcomes arising from our land and property assets and sets out the principles which will drive future decision-making regarding these assets.
The latest plan was approved by the council executive in September 2017. It maintains the cultural change undertaken by the authority in treating land and property assets as a corporate resource.
