Service Inspectors are tenants who look at the housing services we deliver, gather information and make suggestions to improve the service. They work with us to agree ways to improve and then monitor the service to make sure the service improves.

Service Inspector’s gather information by:

  • talking to other tenants and Staff
  • job shadowing
  • looking at other organisations

Service inspectors meet once a month, usually on the first Tuesday evening at West Offices.
