Service Inspectors are tenants who check all aspects of our housing services and suggest ways we could improve them. They work with us to agree on how we can improve, then monitor us to make sure improvements are delivered.
Service Inspectors gather information via:
- face-to-face surveys with tenants
- meetings with staff
- job shadowing
- inspection reports
- comparing examples of best practice from other organisations

Service Inspectors usually meet on the first Tuesday evening of the month at West Offices.
