Customer surveys

Professional, informed and well trained staff manage and resolve customer enquiries on an extensive range of services. The Team is also proactive in gathering feedback from customers. Customer satisfaction surveys in 2007 and 2008 found that 99% of customers were satisfield to some degree with the level of service. Continuous training in Customer Care will remain at the heart of York Customers Centres work.

Dedicated to making a difference to the customer through high quality and a consistent level of customer service, the York Customer Centre is handling an average of 8,000 calls per week.

Of these approximately 85% are resolved at first point of contact.

Throughout 2008 new services will be added to the York Customer Centre.
