Rubbish, waste and recycling

• Report refuse put out too early - includes bags (black, green and split), bins (grey, blue), plastic carriers, St Nicholas collections, Joseph Rowntree's kitchen waste collection or recycling boxes.

Street care and cleaning

• Report flytipping - small, large or multiple items left on council land, private land or roads.
• Report litter - animal waste, chewing gum, dead animals, damaged or full dog bins, vomit/blood/urine, drug related matter, fast food, grass cuttings, glass, gravel, grit, leaves and blossom, damaged or full litter bins, moss, paint or weeds. 

Roads highways and pavements

• Report problems with roads, highways and pavements - street name plates, road signs and markings, flooding, road closures, crossings, kerbs at crossings or junctions, anything spilt on a road (such as oil, mud, glass or paint), damaged verges, footpaths and pavements, bollards, bus stops, manhole covers, seats, crash barriers, walls, gritting, ice, snow, and speed humps.
• Report an abandoned vehicle - cars, vans, caravans, trailers, HGVs and motorbikes abandoned anywhere and in any condition.
