John will be your street environment officer if you live within the bar walls of Guildhall and Micklegate wards.

Contact John via the Customer Contact Centre. He also attends ward committee meetings where complaints can be passed to him.

John can help you with a range of issues including:

• bin collections
• drains and sewerage
• dumped rubbish
• graffiti and flyposting
• litter

John will also resolve issues he encounters in his wards during 'walkabouts' or whilst conducting 'street audits'. By taking this pro-active approach he will resolve street environment issues without you needing to complain.
