Iain will be your street environment officer if you live in Guildhall outside the bar walls, Haxby & Wigginton, Huntington, New Earswick, Skelton, Rawcliffe, Clifton Without or Clifton wards.

Contact Iain via the Customer Contact Centre. He also attends ward committee meetings where complaints can be passed to him.

Iain can help you with a range of issues including:

• bin collections
• drains and sewerage
• dumped rubbish
• graffiti and flyposting
• litter

Iain will also resolve issues he encounters in his wards during 'walkabouts' or whilst conducting 'street audits'. By taking this pro-active approach he will resolve street environment issues without you needing to complain.
