Angus will be your street environment officer if you live in Heworth, Heworth Without, Derwent, Osbaldwick, Hull Road and Strensall

Contact Angus via the Customer Contact Centre. He also attends ward committee meetings where complaints can be passed to him.

Angus can help you with a range of issues including:

• drains and sewerage
• dumped rubbish
• graffiti and flyposting
• litter

Angus will also resolve issues he encounters in his wards during 'walkabouts' or whilst conducting 'street audits'. By taking this pro-active approach he will resolve street environment issues without you needing to complain.
