Andrew will be your street environment officer if you live in Holgate, Dringhouses & Woodthorpe wards.

Contact Andrew via the Customer Contact Centre. He also attends ward committee meetings where complaints can be passed to him.

Andrew can help you with a range of issues including:

• bin collections
• drains and sewerage
• dumped rubbish
• graffiti and flyposting
• litter

Andrew will also resolve issues he encounters in his wards during 'walkabouts' or whilst conducting 'street audits'. By taking this pro-active approach he will resolve street environment issues without you needing to complain.
