Street Environment Officers

Your Street Environment Officer acts as the professional customer to the council, reporting any street level problem and ensuring it reaches the right department or agency for action.

We work closer with partners in North Yorkshire Police, safer York Partnership, Environment Agency to make York a cleaner, greener, safer city.

We also have a dedicated York Pride budget to help deliver tangible improvements in the wards.  If you have an idea for your ward, contact your Street Environment Officer.
