North Yorkshire Concessionary Fares Scheme
On 1 April 2011, responsibility for concessionary fares administration transferred
from district councils to county council level. The previous partnership of City of York Council and the seven district councils has therefore been replaced by a bilateral partnership consisting of City of York Council and North Yorkshire County Council.
