Dial & Ride

Dial & Ride provides a door-to-door service, taking you from home to the city centre or local shops.

The service also provides transport to the Dolphins disabled swimming sessions at Edmund Wilson Pool on Sundays and Mondays.

The buses are equipped for people who have difficulty walking and people who use wheelchairs.

How to use Dial & Ride

You can book in advance by calling the hotline on (01904) 624455. Calls will be taken between 9:00am and 12:00pm, Monday to Friday.

There are limited seats available on each bus, therefore we cannot take more bookings once the bus is full. Bookings can be made up to four weeks in advance.

The new Dial & Ride timetable began on 6 October 2008.
