You can apply for a landlord or management agent permit if the property you service is within a respark zone.

To qualify you must produce a photocopy of one of the following:

• management contract
• tenancy agreement
• solicitor's letter
• deeds

The permit allows you to park for one hour in excess of the waiting time shown on the sign next to the respark bay. For example, if non-permit holders may park for 10 minutes, you would be able to park for 70 minutes with a Landlord permit. You can only have one permit for a particular zone even if you own more than one property within that zone.

Download and complete the landlords permit application form. Return the form, with proof of identity and the correct payment, in person to Parking Services.

Cost

The initial cost of your permit depends when you want to buy your permit and in which zone you live. You may also be eligible for a discount if you have a short vehicle of less than 2.7m or one with low C02 emissions.
