Permits for disabled residents with their own vehicles

If you are disabled and live in a respark zone you can apply for a free special additional permit if you own a vehicle.

To apply you need to provide proof that you receive:

• attendance allowance or
• disability living allowance or
• mobility allowance

Attendance permits for residents who require care

If you have a carer you can apply for a free attendance permit which is valid for your carer to use when supplying care.

Apply for a permit

To apply for an attendance permit for residents who require assistance you need to provide one of the folllowing:

• certified letter by a doctor stating that you need substantial and regular care
• proof you are receiving attendance allowance
• proof you are receiving higher rate disability living allowance
