If you are employed by the council, or a member of a nationally recognised organisation, directly serving the needs of residents living in respark zones you can apply for a residents' community parking permit. This includes doctors, midwives and health visitors.

To purchase day permits you need to fill in the form to get a free authorisation card. Only one authorisation card will be issued, annually, to an organisation or department.

To get an annual permit you need to provide your employee's name and registration details of the vehicles used during official work duties.

Download and complete the community parking permit application form.  Return the form, with proof of residency and payment, in person to Parking Services.

Cost

An annual community Respark parking permit costs £43.00. You may also be eligible for a discount if you have a short vehicle of less than 2.7m or one with low CO2 emissions. 

Day permits cost £20.00 per book of 20.  There is a reduced rate for charities of £4.00 per book.
