A community permit is designed to assist organisations and council departments whose staff need to be able to park in resident parking areas so that they may directly serve the physical or spiritual needs of the residents.

Download and complete the community parking permit application form. Return the form to Parking Services. 

Cost

An annual community parking permit costs £44.50. You may also be eligible for a discount if you have a short vehicle of less than 2.7m in length or one that is a low emission vehicle with emissions up to 120g/Km or is Electric or LPG powered.  If you are unsure of the emission level of your vehicle go to DVLA vehicle online services  and select 'Vehicle Enquiry' then enter your vehicle registration number and vehicle make.

A discount community permit costs £21 per year. 

Day permits cost £22 per book of 20.  There is a reduced rate for charities of £4 per book.
