How long your permit will last depends when you join the scheme and which zone you live in.

To work this out you need to know the zone you live in and the month you want to join the scheme. Then you will see the duration of permit you need to buy.

For example, if you live in R25 zone and you want to join the scheme in February you would buy a permit for three quarters. If you live in R45 zone and you want to join the scheme in April then you would buy a full permit (4 quarters).
