Residents' priority parking scheme (respark)
The residents' priority parking scheme (respark) gives priority to residents, their visitors and local businesses. It does not guarantee you a space but gives you priority over other vehicles.
If your property is in a Respark zone you may be entitled to a permit that will allow you to park your vehicle for longer than the permitted waiting time (usually 10 minutes). Your permit is only valid in your zone.
You need a permit for every vehicle (except motorbikes and bicycles).
To buy visitor permits you need an authorisation card which you receive with your permit. If you don't have a permit you can still apply for an authorisation card.
