On Street Disabled Parking Bays

An on street disabled parking bay is a parking space exclusively for blue badge holders.

Are there any rules?

In order to support your request we need to be satisfied that:

  • there is a substantial problem
  • we can enforce the new regulation
  • the application has to be accompanied by proof that you are in receipt of the high level disability payment or supporting evidence from your GP

Please note: -

  • A disabled parking bay can't be made for the exclusive use of one person.
  • Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your request will eventually be implemented.
