Since 2001, monitoring of the LTP has been described through Annual Progress Reports (APRs). These were published between 2001 and 2005 and are also available to download below.

The Annual Progress Reports (APRs) provide information about how the allocation has been spent and how effectively the measures implemented met the objectives of the five year Local Transport Plan.
