Over 100 young people from across York tested their footballing skills last week in a new football tournament from City of York Council's Young People's Service and Playfootball.
Galtres Road, Heworth Carriageway Reconstruction

City of York Council will carry out essential carriageway reconstruction and resurfacing at Galtres Road starting on Tuesday 11 November. The work is expected to last for approximately two weeks.

City of York Council will carry out essential carriageway resurfacing at Halifax Way, Elvington. The work will start at 8pm on Saturday 15 November and is programmed to last for approximately six hours. The road will reopen prior to 2am on Sunday 16 November.
