A section of Askham Bryan Lane between Askham Lane cul-de-sac and the A1237 will be closed from 9am to 4pm on Tuesday 6 November. 

This is to enable NEDL to divert overhead electric cables as part of the ongoing work to construct the A1237 Moor Lane roundabout.

Motorists heading to or from Askham Bryan or Askham Lane cul-de-sac should use the Copmanthorpe roundabout and Askham Fields Lane.  Drivers are advised to follow the signed diversion routes and allow extra time for their journeys.

Whilst restricted access will be maintained for pedestrians and cyclists, they may experience delays and should consider alternative routes.
