City of York Council will carry out repair works at the junction of Mill Lane and the A1036 Heworth Green. The work will start on Monday 15 October and is programmed to last for approximately three days.

The work will take place from Monday to Wednesday between 9.15 am and 3.00 pm. A signed diversion route will be in operation during these times.

Outside of the proposed working hours the road will remain open as usual with no restrictions imposed.

The contractor carrying out the work will be Tarmac Ltd.

Delays are anticipated and drivers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
