Christmas shoppers will be able to browse the shops even longer from the end of the month thanks to an festive extension of York's Park & Ride service.

The extended service will run on a Thursday evening from 29 November until Thursday 20 December inclusive. The last bus from city centre to City of York Council's five Park & Ride sites on Thursdays will be 9.30pm.

Askham Bar Park & Ride tickets are also valid on late night services on Service Numbers 12 & 13 running from the city centre to Askham Bar after Park & Ride closing time.
