2007 tenants' satisfaction survey

Posted on Friday 2 November 2007

City of York Council has selected 2,000 of its tenants at random and is contacting them this week to ask them to complete its 2007 tenant satisfaction survey.

The annual survey gives the tenants of council-owned homes an opportunity to provide feedback on how satisfied they are with their homes and the services that they receive from the council.

Each of the selected tenants will receive a questionnaire within the next few days and is asked to return it to the council in the pre-paid envelope no later than Wednesday 28 November. The names of all those who respond will be entered into a free prize draw in which the winner could scoop £100 worth of vouchers and a runner-up will receive £50 worth.

The survey is being carried out on the council's behalf by Pickersgill Consultancy and Planning Ltd (PCP), an independent research company. All answers are treated in the strictest confidence and used for research purposes only.

Anyone with questions or concerns about the survey can contact the research agency on freephone 0800 6523740.
