City of York Council will play host to teaching assistants from across the Yorkshire and Humber region at a conference taking place next week.

The Royal York Hotel is the venue for a gathering of higher level teaching assistants on Friay, 23 March.

The event is a celebration of the new professional role and status of higher level teaching assistants and a chance for them to network with colleagues in similar roles from other councils.
