This Sunday, 15 July, City of York Council's Festival of Rivers will draw to a close with a 'memory boat of light' sailing down the Ouse.

At 7.30pm there will be a memorial concert with the York Gospel Choir and friends in Tower Gardens, and at 9.15pm the memory boat will sail along the Ouse carrying memorial lights. Anyone who would like to be a part of this event can dedicate a light to someone by sending the dedication name and a donation to: Liz Topi, City of York Council, Mill House, North Street, York, YO1 6JD.

Cheques should be made payable to City of York Council and marked with the words 'memory boat' on the reverse. Alternatively, debit card payments can be made by calling 01904 554660.
