City of York Council will start rebuilding part of the footway along Newland Park Close on Monday, 26 February.

The work will be carried out in the area at the front of properties numbered one to eight and will take around three weeks to complete.

It involves replacing the kerbs and rebuilding the footway in tarmac.

The council's Neighbourhood Services team will be working on site between the hours of 8am and 4pm from Monday to Friday, although some weekend work may be required.

Access for residents and emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.
