The free taster day will be held at Huntington Secondary School on Saturday 8th February, with sessions ranging from creative card craft to basic maths, yoga to digital photography.
Shirley Duff, community education co-ordinator, said: "The free taster sessions are a great way of trying a new skill without having to sign-up for a full length course. The day will be split into morning and afternoon sessions, so people can attend two different sessions if they wish, with a buffet lunch in between. "There is a fantastic range of courses on offer, with something to cater for budding artists, computer fiends, IT beginners, yoga fanatics, chefs, historians and cross stitchers. The full courses will begin in the week commencing February 24, and anyone wanting to sign up will be able to do so on Saturday."
Morning sessions will commence at 10.00am-12.00 noon, with afternoon sessions running from 1.00pm-3.00pm. An optional buffet lunch priced at £5.00 is available on request. Places are limited, so hurry and book your place before they are all taken.
