For your safety we ask that:

• The minimum age of entry for Women's Swim and Aquafit is 16 (14 when accompanied by an adult)
• Children under 5 should ideally be accompanied on a 1:1 basis regardless of swimming ability
• A responsible individual of 16 years or over is required to supervise no more than 2 under 8s or 2 non-swimming children in the pool.
