Our new Spring Guided Cycle Rides programme is now available to download from this page, it includes a range of themed and regular rides of a variety of lengths.  All rides are led by trained ride supporters.

If you're interested in volunteering to lead and support guided rides and encourage people into cycling more please contact Sarah Prescott for more information. Full training is given and all offers are welcome - however big or small your commitment.
