Lifesaving is a sport for everyone and a lot more fun than swimming up and down. It is a valuable skill that can save lives as Lifesavers can bridge the gap between an incident being discovered and the emergency services arriving. Emergencies don’t just happen to other people it could be your family or friends who may need your lifesaving skills to save their lives.
Energise feeds people through the Rookie classes on the Swim York scheme to Ebor Lifesaving Club where they can develop lifesaving skills and gain recognized qualifications through the Royal Life Saving Society.
