Holiday activities

Energise run many extra courses and activities during school holidays, including climbing, trampolining, tennis and rollerskating. Details on upcoming holiday activities at Energise are available from the the Shine webpages.

Holiday activities

Activities can be booked by calling Energise on (01904) 552424, or visiting the centre in person. Cash, cheque and most credit or debit cards are accepted and payment must be made on booking.

Summer activities will be on sale from Monday 5 July.

Keep Active Exercise and Nutrition Camp
Keep Active Is A fun filled exercise and nutrition camp, activities include swimming, archery, water polo, Shokk combat and sea scooters!
Climbing
Energise's fantastic holiday courses and club sessions for children aged 7 to 15 years.
Dance
Holiday dance activities for 5 to 15 year olds, held in Energise's studio with sprung wooden floor, ballet bars and mirrored wall as seen above. Including cheerleading AND the very popular breakdance!!
Outdoor holiday activities
Including archery and York City's ever popular soccer camp, also mountain biking at Dalby Forest, location of this year's cycling world cup!
Sports hall
Energise offers a variety of sports hall activities in the holidays including £1.50 play badminton and table tennis, £2 rollerblading, sportsability sessions and mini tennis. Please note the sports hall will be closed for 3 weeks from 26 July for refurbishment.
