Fitness Suite Facilities

Equipment

The large Fitness Suite has over 50 pieces of the latest high tech Cybex fitness equipment.  The 30 cardio and 20 strength machines include power plates, treadmills, arc trainers, seated and recumbent bikes, rowing machines and smiths machines.  There is also a stretch and a weights zone.

For those with ipods a new feature is the ability to download your workout results which can be analysed on the Nike+ website.

Entertainment

Wall mounted TV screens provide the latest entertainment, whilst all cardio machines have their own CV.  This gives you a choice of over 45 digital TV and radio channels.  You can also plug in your ipod to view your own selection of music videos or films.

Before you become a member you will have an introduction to ensure you are familiar with the equipment and can make the most of your time in the Fitness Suite.

Be Active membership includes a free induction and an optional free personal training plan to help you achieve your workout goals.
