Our studio has a fully mirrored wall, double ballet bars, a sprung wooden floor and now has air-conditioning to ensure comfortable dance and workout sessions.
The instructor-led sessions are a fantastic way to tone up and burn calories and are great for those who need a little motivation to keep going. A varied programme is in operation including Breakdance, Pilates, Yoga and Body Pump. The studio is also available to hire - please contact reception or email us for further details.
