A fun session in the sports hall to music, this session is open to all ages, just turn up and skate! Bring your own skates if you have them, or hire a pair of ours. Under 8s must be accompanied by an adult.

Disabled people are invited to come along and make full use of our new 60 station fitness suite with Inclusive Fitness Initiative accredited equipment. With staff on hand to help with training advice, programme amendment or simply to encourage you along the way!

Feel the momentum of this group cycling class. The instructor and music will motivate whilst the cycling will tone, improve endurance and muscular strength.

High energy dance inspired aerobics class using step and great choreography to keep you alert and motivated.
Limelight Dance are a fresh and funky dance school who specialise in teaching original, Street Dance and Hip Hop choreography to children, teens and adults of all abilities. Learn exciting, dynamic routines to your favourite RnB and Hip Hop tunes. Fun, energetic and up beat classes taught by experienced choreographers. Junior sessions run during term time only, adult sessions all year round.
