Household waste collections
All households have an alternate week collection of rubbish and recycling. This means that we will collect your recycling one week and your rubbish the next week.
Please use the online collection calendar to find out what type of waste collections we provide at your property and download a calendar. This will also tell you where to put your containers for collection.

My rubbish bin wasn't emptied today what can I do?
Check your bin did not contain items that made it too heavy to lift up onto the vehicle. If your bin did not contain anything heavy, and was put out to the edge of your property at or before 7am please contact us and report your missed bin. Once your missed bin is logged we will empty it by the end of the next working day.
