Energise

Energise is a fantastic leisure centre for the residents of York and surrounding area.

The new extended fitness suite is now open including TRX suspension training system and air conditioned indoor cycling studio.

Other extensive improvements have taken place over the last few years - a new 25m pool, small pool, hydrotherapy and crèche have been added to our existing facilities of fitness gym, climbing wall, dance studio and outdoor pitches.

Opening hours

Monday to Thursday 7am - 10.30pm
Friday 7am - 10pm
Saturday 8am - 6pm
Sunday 8am - 8.30pm
Bank Holiday Mondays - closed
