York Family Information Service

York Family Information Service is a free and impartial information service for mums, dads and carers of children and young people aged 0-19 (or up to 25 for disabled children).

The Family Information Service can help with anything and everything around family life.

If you are concerned about a child

If you think that a child or young person is being abused or neglected you must inform the Advice, assessment and early intervention ("the new front door") service or the police.

To report concerns to Advice, assessment and early intervention you can do so:
